Increased intake of vitamin B can significantly reduce the stress caused by work

This demonstrated a clinical study conducted in Suinbernskom University of Technology (Australia), reported Kompyulenta.

The study lasted three months. All this time, 60 participants were given a large dose of vitamin B, or placebo. At the beginning of the experiment and after 30 and 90 days, the subjects were evaluated on factors such as personality, mood, anxiety and stress.



Three months later it was found that taking vitamin E experienced less job stress than at the beginning of the experiment. According to Professor Cohn Staffa, who headed the study, improvement in the perception of stress in the subjects was about 20%. But in the placebo group significant changes were observed.
